Eminify provides digital design, development, and consulting services. Deliverables and timelines are defined within individual project agreements.
Unless agreed otherwise, project deliverables become the client's property upon full payment. Eminify retains the right to showcase work examples for portfolio and promotional purposes.
Invoices are due within the payment window defined in the statement of work. Late payments may incur additional charges or impact project timelines.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during engagement. Confidential information will only be used for project execution.
Eminify is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific services.
Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice if the other party breaches these terms. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due.
These terms are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdictions where Eminify operates. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiations before seeking formal remedies.
